Part I.  Information Collection
CLADASOFT collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about registered software users, and/or FAQ contributers:

2. Contact Email Address.

CLADASOFT does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We verify the accuracy of this information by regular system maintenance and updating of storage and logging software.

We collect this information through our automatic logging system. To register our products and services, your name and email address is mandatory because in order for us to send you your product serial numbers, maintenance release information etc. we must be able to contact you using this information.  You may request the removal of all, or part of, information held by us about you. This request will be met within a maximum period of 30 days. This information removal may negatively effect our ability to provide our services to you.

We employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.  Our cookies have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by CLADASOFT will be used for internal use only.  Users who provide information will only receive email announcements or correspondance from us if it is explicitly requested.

Users who have previously requested email announcements or correspondance from us may request a termination of the aforementioned at any time.

Registered users may, if they explicitly request, receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and upgrades. This arrangement can be terminated at any time.

We will not share/sell/lease/lend/give/swap individual users data with third parties and will not entertain any requests to do so.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

Part III. Spyware
CLADASOFT does not include spyware in any of it's products.

Part IV.  Access to Information
CLADASOFT maintains the accuracy of our information by regularly reviewing our information retrievel and storage methods. Users may access their own personal information if it exists on our system, by contacting us here, and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Users may delete their information from our database by notifying us here. We will then contact you to confirm you request. A reasonable length of time should be allowed for us to complete your request.
