Bukster is a web content targeting application allowing the end user to scan web pages and automatically download only the content they want.
Bukster is highly configurable, letting you specify some of the most important
HTTP request headers as well as low level connection/speed settings.
It also has the ability
to download lists of files directly using expandable URL sections (Expanding http://testxyz.co/{01-20}.zip to list of 20 zip file URLs).
You can also encrypt your configuation files using the 448-bit Blowfish algorithm.
Previous separate applications HTTP Header Inspector and Link Verifier are also also integrated.
New in 1.15: You can now use Firefox cookies to allow Bukster to access website member areas. A server blocking feature has also been added to allow you to block content such as ads. Bukster now supports downloading of embedded Flash™ animations, Video and Audio content. (We are looking for people to translate the language template (Bukster\lang\lang_template.ini) into their own native language. See the translation page to see what languages are needed. Several bugs have also been fixed.(See changes.txt).
A specially modified version of Bukster 1.05 is available here. The main version is incompatible with WINE for Linux because of reported MRU functionality incompatability. This has been removed in this verison. It will install to ~/.wine/fake_windows/program files/Cladasoft/Bukster 1.0 Beta (Note: It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that use of strong encryption is legal in your area/country)
